Conditions of use

Terms of Service

These terms describe the conditions for authorized users to access and use Pulse.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Current scope. A private tool for accounts personally managed by the operator, including development and testing environments.

1. Service and scope

Pulse is a private tool operated by Massimiliano Petrucci for monitoring public comments on selected Facebook Page and Instagram professional-account posts. It organizes comments, estimates sentiment, identifies possible spam and displays monitoring information and alerts.

These terms cover authorized use of Pulse, including its development and testing environments and the Meta apps named vibeAIly and vibeAIly_dev. Pulse is currently used only for accounts personally operated by its operator. Access is by authorization, not public registration. These terms do not offer a paid subscription or a service to external businesses.

2. Authorized access and account security

By using Pulse as an authorized user, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Reading this policy website or having a public comment analyzed does not make you an App user or constitute acceptance of these terms.

Connect only accounts and Pages that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and for keeping your sign-in credentials, recovery codes and authentication devices secure. Do not share access tokens or App secrets. Report suspected unauthorized access to the contact below.

3. Permitted use

Use Pulse only for lawful monitoring of authorized accounts and in accordance with the applicable Facebook, Instagram and Google terms and platform rules.

  • Do not bypass access controls, account permissions or provider restrictions.
  • Do not use Pulse for harassment, unlawful surveillance, discrimination or other unlawful processing of personal data.
  • Do not attempt to collect private content or data beyond the access authorized by the account holder and the platform.
  • Do not disrupt the service or attempt to access another person’s credentials or records.

4. Automated analysis and your decisions

Sentiment scores, spam labels and alerts are automated estimates. They may misunderstand context, language, irony or intent. Comment data, engagement counts and account status may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable.

Review the underlying information before acting. Do not treat a score or alert as a verified fact about a person or as the sole basis for a decision affecting someone’s rights, employment or access to services. Pulse does not provide legal or other professional advice.

5. Third-party platforms and availability

Pulse depends on Meta APIs, Google sign-in and hosting and network services. It is independent of, and is not endorsed by, Meta or Google. Their services are governed by their own applicable terms.

Providers may change permissions, API behavior or availability. Pulse may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, revoked permissions or development changes. No uninterrupted availability, complete collection of comments or guaranteed delivery of alerts is promised.

6. Privacy, content and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains the personal data processed, purposes, recipients, retention and rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of your account content or third-party comments to Pulse and do not grant a right to use data beyond the purposes described in that policy.

You can disconnect an account to stop collection and remove its stored access token. Ordinary disconnection retains monitoring history. To remove retained data, follow the data-deletion instructions. Privacy rights remain available regardless of whether a person uses the App or accepts these terms.

7. Development and testing

Development environments may contain synthetic data, experimental features or test notifications. They may be restarted or reset, and test history may be removed. Do not rely on a development environment as your only record of important information. Processing of real account data remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable permissions.

8. Ending access

You can stop using Pulse and disconnect your accounts at any time. Access may be suspended or ended to address misuse, a security risk, loss of authorization or discontinuation of the private service. Ending access does not remove applicable privacy rights; deletion options remain described on the data-deletion page.

9. Applicable rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users before taking effect. Changes do not retroactively authorize a new use of personal data. These terms and the Privacy Policy will be reviewed before Pulse is offered to external businesses.
